Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Lake Regular! We're thrilled to bring you unique lake apparel. Because all of our products are fulfilled through Printify’s print-on-demand network, our shipping and return process works a little differently than traditional retail. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

Shipping Information
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are subject to a processing time before shipment.
- Print-on-Demand (POD) Production: Since your items are custom-printed just for you, there's a production time involved before they are ready to ship. This typically takes 3-7 business days for apparel items. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or for complex designs, production times may be slightly longer.
- We aim to get your order processed and into production as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

- Canada: [Typically 5-10 business days]
- Europe: [Typically 7-14 business days]

- Please Note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Multiple Shipments / Separate Packages
- Important: If you order multiple items, it's possible they may be shipped from different Printify print providers. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages and at slightly different times.
- We do this to ensure the fastest possible delivery and to utilize the best print provider for each specific product.
- You will receive a separate shipping notification and tracking number for each package as it ships.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website
- Please allow [24-48 hours] for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
5. International Shipping
- We are happy to offer international shipping to many countries!
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that for international orders, you may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs department. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

- Customs processing can sometimes cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
6. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- If a package is returned to the print provider due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it's unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. In some cases, a new order may need to be placed.
- If a package is marked as undeliverable or returned, please contact us at thelakeregular@gmail.com as soon as possible.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- While rare, issues can sometimes occur during transit.
- If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no update for an extended period, or carrier confirms loss), please contact us at thelakeregular@gmail.com. We will work with the print provider and shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage to both the product and the packaging immediately and contact us at thelakeregular@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with Printify to arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
8. Shipping During Holidays & Peak Seasons
- Please anticipate longer processing and shipping times during holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) and other peak seasons. We recommend ordering well in advance during these periods.
